Rename or delete the intro video files to launch straight into the game: navigate to the install folder and rename \data\videos\startup_remedy.bik (e.g. to .bak). Reverting the rename restores them.
Navigate to \Steam\steamapps\common\Alan Wake\data\videos and rename the startup videos (e.g. startup_remedy.bik) by adding .bak. Launch the game to confirm they're skipped.
Add to the 2012 PC version's launch options: right-click Alan Wake > Properties > Launch Options. An in-game debug menu opens with level skip, weapon giving, light/ammo and health toggles. Does NOT work in Alan Wake Remastered.
